Just want to add some information...do you have any joint property with your spouse, joint FDs ,Life Insurance docs to show your spouse as beneficiary or any documents from the Society building that you reside currently...that can be added to your pile of docs.

It is ridiculous, but they sometimes would need to see the current status (of marriage...lol) just to negate the possibility of marriage of convenience aspect. ... I hope you understand what I mean to convey.
