Please Guide me

I am FSW2 applicant (with AEO) of may 2011 from Buffalo visa office. My E-case status is RBVO since mid june.

My job offer is for an Accountant(NOC #1111) which is no longer in present NOC list.

Does it matter for processing my application as specially processing time?

I am a post June applicant from Pakistan and London VO requested me medicals which were done on 5th of September 2011 and instructed by a letter to DMP to send the results back at London but DMP send the results toward ND VO India. Will there be any issue?

I have just randomly checkd my ecas after week. my address is disappeared. I just submitted fresh bank statement and PCC on 30 august. what could be the possible reason. the ecas status is in process. can you guys guide me about that. should i expect medical request or its nothing like that?

Hi Lucky13,

AEO applications are subjected to extra microscopic scrutiny by CIC and generally has been taking more time for processing. It has been the bone of contention for all the AEO applicants since many of them are genuine offers and it is beyond the comprehension of applicants as to why the delay ......but CIC takes its own time to investigate such offers without any proper time frame....its their rules and applicants have NO CHOICE but abide by them with patience.

Unbelievable...."DMP send results to ND VO, INDIA" for a LONDON applicant??? Why would he do that.....I am just amazed particularly for this NEGLIGENCE......Has he not been trained enough before he took the position of DMP? (He should be fired....sorry about the rant).

Will there be any issue? - Oh yes ofcourse! Your results were supposed to be send to Ottawa and not NDVO (unless there is some new policy in place that I dont know about )

Ask your DMP specifically if he did the right thing? Do you have the tacker # from your DMP? If yes, then let your VO know about this development ASAP. ....and after you get POSITIVE information from this forum as to where the DMP's of London applicants are sending their Medicals, PLEASE DIRECT THE DMP to send it to proper address. I hope he has a copy of your Meds!!!
