Sorry, but there is no way till date to know this answer.

If you have applied then relax, if planning to apply move fast. This is the only answer this forum has on date.

CIC has not given any link to know the above information.

Yep, So worry :( but need to relax.

Thanks

If you consider that CIO definitely DO seem to be doing things with the new applications, it is entirely conceivable that they could already be winging their wing to the visa offices.

I imagine it's cheaper and more cost effective for them to send AORs out in batch, and probably if they have only been processing the July applications they may not have had too many, so they might wait until they've processed August applications as well and then send all the AORs out in one go.

Or am I being too optimistic? :)

We sent a banker's draft with ours, so no easy way to check other than to ask the bank. Looking at the timelines I think we'll wait until maybe the start of next month and then check with the bank.

I am assuming that if they have taken payment it means you have passed the CIO level of scrutiny and should expect your application to be winging its way to VO?

yes I am serious :) I got little time and energy to joke on this forum. though don't know if fee charge means AOR, but do hope to get it (and pass the entire way smoothly).

I wish all you guys your cheques and CCs charged shortly too like pun123 said (and also taking into consideration Capuccino's comments on batch processing).
