Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi guys,
After waiting for six(6) good weeks for the encashment of my credit card by CIC and nothing has been done,i THINK i really need to call and send an e-mail to them to at least know what is happening to my application.PLEASE guys especially those that have mailed OR call CIC and have gotten reply from them(NOT AN AUTOMATED REPLY),could you please help me by forwarding their PHONE NUMBER AND E-MAIL ADDRESS TO ME.I NEED IT NOW.THANKS GUYS

Iam new to this forum...

FSW applicant after 26th June 2010.
NOC 4152
VO New Delhi
Sent the complete application of 27th Novemebr 2010. Rceived at CIC: 09/12/2010

Myself and my spouse does not have birth certificate. I had sent an email to the immigration section/Canadian High Commision Newdelhi asking whether 10th class certificate be enough as a DOB proof. I got the reply (from re-delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca) that 10th school certificate and passport be suffcient as a proof of Birth. Then I applied with the 10th class certificate as my prrof of birth

But I have seen applications rejected due to no birth ceritifcate (in the spread sheet given in the forum).

What should I expect as far as the status of my application. Please advise me.... Thanks all

Hi There,

You can print the email from ND VO and supply an explanation letter along with your 10th certificates That should work.

As of today CIC have not rejcted my application. Should I wait for their decision or

send the expalantion i recieved from Newdelhi about DOB proof to the CIO now itself by email?

Oh you have sent it out already? If yes, did you enclose an explanation or something in this regard? Anyway, i guess only earlier the applications were rejected because of the BCs, and later they got a list of documents from NDVO to be accepted for it's jurisdiction. You must be safe

Please contact them (through email) ..... giving them the FedEx tracking # and the concerned details (like name of the person receiving + date and time) ..... AND insisting /requesting them to find the whereabouts of your application.

Dear Anil,

I contacted at CIO but they fail to provide me the proper information regarding the file.
Further they admit that if we are having the receiving then the file will be in CIO only.

They are saying to contact after one month
Please guide.

It's been thought that they do not accept any updates or documents @ the CIO until they contact you about your application or at least until you pass your completeness check(you can know when the payment is processed). Since you just sent the application, you may wait for a couple of weeks to see if your payment is encashed(hopefully).
