You can have two applications in parallel. The VO will advise you when to withdraw one application or the other depending on which they make a decision first

I guess if i apply now under CEC. still it will be more fast then the old application as nothing is moving at buffalo.

no..it still shows the same into inside..
I m still able to use both file numbers...

Exact ditto for me too... Changed to IP on Dec 5 and processing started Dec 2 but no news since then whatsoever! And foreverurs is right... The whole game is about waiting and waiting and waiting! Btw Raj, I assume you too belong to NDVO right? Can you please share your timeline?
