Is there any requirement for sending all this information without asking NDVO ?

Let them ask first then you send, why are you taking too much harden ? may be they don't required it.

If this will create any problem because of nonavailability of information then ?

So my suggestion don't send any old information without asking from NDVO.

This is just my thinking.

Really?? Ok.. Here is my response.

Vancouver vs toronto:

1) Both of them are expensive cities to live in.
2) Job opportunities are also the same. I felt that there are more jobs for IT in toronto. ( I dont know which field are you into).
3) Lot of immigrants in both places.
4) Vancouver experiences drastic drop in temperatures during Winter when compared to toronto.

The requirement is to be a resident (even one on Visitor status can apply provided he has considerable number of days present and would be present in Canada.....the permit is the proof for VO to consider) of Canada to be able to apply for CAIPS. Attach a photocopy of your permit and any utility bill along with your application. Send the application by e-mail.

Rest mycan must have explained the procedure. Let me know if you need any other help.
