Hi everyone !!
I submitted my Passports and RPRF in last week of November 2011 to ndvo and received RPRF receipt in second last week of December. My Ecas status was updated to "Medical results have been received" in the first week of January 2012
Can someone please guide me what is next or how much longer do I have to wait for Passports with visa stamped?

Normaly after Medical Reports reacheS NDVO...it takes 15 dys to 45 days to get PP back.

In Paramvir Case ..it's been more than 45 days since his Medicals reached NDVO...n still no PP back...even his eCAS is not showing MedicalLine.

In shaafqatz case...its been 35 days ...no PP back...but Medical Line showing in his eCAS.

in my case....visa was issued in 15 days fromthe date my Medicals received at NDVO...n i received PP after 24 days....but my eCAS was IN PROCESS without Medical received line when i received the PP....my eCAS was updated to DM with Medical line after 8 days from the date i received PP and 17 days after Visa issued....

so eCAS is not reliable...anything can happen any moment....just keep watch on your emails and Mobile till u receive PP.

how you applied for PCC ? through PPO or Comissioners office....?
You send your PP on 10th Dec... Its more than month.... have you not recv it yet???

Hello KG,

As per my knowledge it should take 5 to 10 working days for the MED's Received line to appear & then may be 8 working for the Decision made...

It will not take 13 months to change to inprocess at London VO.
Try get CAIPS/GCMS also.

Congratulation Mycan. I'm in the same boat as you. I have applied Dec 21 and got my PER Mar 9. It hasbeen almost 13 months and ecas still showing received by visa office. Shall i contact the London Visa office?

Hi hub2,

Congrats.

Land and give a friend's address in Canada to get the PR by post and go back.
Once S/he receives, courier it to you so that you can travel back.

If there are any problems with PRC photo requirement you will not get your PR.
If that is the case apply for travel document (PRTD) and travel to Canada.

Does anyone have information about how this works, what the rules are, or perhaps a recommendation to about another thread in this forum?

Finally Damascus VO moved...

I got my PPR on 16 Dec 2011 from Warsaw VO and they asked me to send my PP to Damascus VO within 30 days.
My PP reached the VO on 8 Jan 2012
Today I got email from Damascus VO asking my to arrange with the courier company to pick the PP up from the Immigration Section, Canadian Embassy, Damascus, Syria.

So I think I'm very close to my dream
P.S. I could not access ecas since yesterday
