This is not accurate. If you look at the tracker file on google, search for Buffalo applicants only, you will see many applicants with RBVO status from past February/11 have gotten their Visa already.
This why I am assuming that they are processing applicants from March and forward now.
I don't know why yours is not moving yet!! Maybe because you are in Canada already?
Are you there on a visitor visa? I was thinking of coming that way if it takes longer as I have to take the Pharmacy evaluation test to get my license there, since the test happens only twice a year!!
Not sure if they will issue me a visitor visa since I applied for PR!!

Justtheme is just trying to help you, as I am now, and what she wrote to you is accurate. Here are the facts:

-The last person who went "in process" here from Buffalo was in late July of 2011, then Buffalo went to sleep.
-Those who were processed from Buffalo were from July/Aug/Sept of 2010, Not all Sept applicants where processed, and NO ONE after Sept. 2010 has gone "in Process" from Buffalo, so I don't know what tracker you are looking at.
-Many Sept, Oct, Nov.... 2010 applicants from Buffalo are still waiting, including myself.

Hopefully your case is different and you will get your medicals sooner.

I agree with Cam. I am a dec 2010 applicant and I have been on this forum since many months now. Not to disapppoint the thought that buffalo is processing cases randomly. But, this is what we have observed.

I applied a few months before you (Dec. 2010) and my file hasn't moved yet. It's the same thing for everyone that applied after Oct. 2010: no progress.

I wish your case was different, but I'm afraid not.

what does it mean
i submitted my malaysian pcc jus 3 month s back but not with my initial application
now i am confused
whether i ve to submit both malaysia and india pcc or only india pcc
pls help

No Need oF Malaysian PCC...

No need of confusion....i also got the same letter ...original police clearance certificate for yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner. (FROM INDIA) must be received...

Hi everybody

Just few minutes back I got my PPR from Warsaw. I want to thank this forum in general, and this thread and its great members in particular for all the help and support they generously gave me. Especially I wanna thank older members who are not very much around these days; those who helped me a lot during my tough times. I never forget the kindness, love and support I received last year these days when my application package was lost by the courier and I had no shoulder for crying but my friends from this thread.

Congrats Katy. I am very happy for you. Its nice seeing you getting to the finish line after the challenges with the courier companies.
I have been very busy trying to sort myself and family out. I am still looking for suitable accommodation and job hunting. We received our Social insurance and bank cards this morning.
