just one question ,i saw many applicants became in process after received visa office and still in process for long time without medical request sent and other medical sent to applicants when they became in process ,my question: is in process means elgibility review complete by visa office and applicant will receive medical request or any other meaning ? please reply me regards

as i told in my post i take all information about my medical from the doctor and i sent it already on 9 october to cairo visa office my question now is can i contact london health management center asking them why ignore my medical and not sending it untill now to my visa office cairo ? thank u very much for helping me

Hi Sara,
I didn't order Caips notes. I'm just trying to guess the process based on others' experience. Few post 6/26 Buffalo applicants got their notes back and they record some kind of due date for all the checks of one year from the day of PER email. Since our buffalo is asleep I believe Sidney requested that date. If that's the case I sure hope buffalo will not change those dates.

I suggest you write a letter (Fax) to both the addresses above. Explain the situation with the proof that you have. Also try to get a letter from the DMP and attach with yours.

Also coax the DMP to initiate some action from his side....that is request the DMP to write to the officials.

Immediately contact the office where you had the medical exam done and find out details of where and when they sent your documents. All the best.

According to him, he had the tracker number and the Meds were tracked to have found its way to VO.

I am concerned with the fact that the Meds are not supposed to reach the VO but it has to go to Ottawa directly......could it be an error for the address?

Sorry for the late reply canadestin,

No I did not check the ecas in the morning but I checked it at around 9.30 Pm on Saturday evening and again on Sunday evening to find it In Process.
