when u desperately wait for something, it is very dificult to pass time. Just give ur mind a deadline say before nov. Mid , till that i wont expect then good news comes soon.

for FSW2 it is more then or equal to 3 years Yaar . But now you are in last lap and race will complete with in 3 months don't worry

I had sent a CSQ on 1st Oct (as six months of RBVO got over on 29th sep).... got no reply from NDVO...

A dear friend in canada put CAIPS request on my behalf on 15th Sep... Got no reply from Ottawa ..

the letter that i got from NDVO says
they require the following
1. complete or provide proof of medical exam .this must be received by 12/6/2011
2. pay the rprf by 12/6/2011
3. valid passport for urslf by 12/6/2011
4. copies of all pages of ur passport.must b received by ................there is no date

now i have three questions
1. do i need to send the photocopies of the passport also..as there is no date for them mentioned in the letter?
2. what is the proof of medical exam..? is it the fee receipt which the doctor had given me ...i have three of them one of doctor consultation fee and other two for xrays and blood checkup???? should i send all of them??
3. what should i write on the envelope of reply to them ???? there address and what else ???

For that you need a Canadian passport >on PR one needs a visa to enter USA

Don't forget to send the original letters requesting PPR and RPRF+MR proof. Keep photocopies of the letters for your reference.

It's not unsual atleast for ND VO applicants. Most of the applicants' ECAS gets updated on Sunday. In my case, both 'In Process' and 'MR received' got updated on Sunday.

You must be a very important applicant...ECAS change on a Sunday!

If you hold a Canadian passport then you don' need a visa to enter USA . but if you are on PR then you are holding Indian passport and in that case you need visa to enter usa . USA visa cost around $ 250 from Canada and still there is a chance that USA can refuse your visa.
