could u plz tell me it is good or bad sign not to receive the file number till now(120 days have been passed since they encashed my credit card)
they encashed my cc in second of march but till now now news
i am worry now
can anyone advice

I am back ......... 8) 8) 8) ... After a looooong loooooong time. I am sorry , but i am in a thick s**t, knee deep .. :'( and may soon drown ... :-[ :-X . It is also putting 'my' PR into a big ? mark. Trying my level best to solve and come out of the situation. BUT I am sure ....... I won't be able to ...... . So (also) trying for 'PR' status to come in force .........

My status is still "IP" ....... Waiting, for the PP to come back ....and hopefully land ....

i need your help. i have send my application without birth certificate but have included my school leaving certificate and passport which can be used as proof of date of birth. i saw one of your post earlier where you had mentinoed about some guidelines/instructions from NDVO to CIC to use alternate BOB Proof.

i want your advise on the below-
i hv applied on 8th july 2010, medicals +fee+pcc sent on 25th Jun 2011.
now am exp passport request..I'm based now in oman but am planning to move soon to india and take another job there..
doing this means- delay in my application/process?
will they transfer my case to india vo?
do i need to update them on this move? OFFCOURSE ADDRESS CHANGE ..
any negative to my applications as its in final stage..

i sent cio enquiry they gave me just application number and said that my application is awaiting review by officier,,why they are late as i found many applicants got their PER or even NER within 100 days
i am worry now

I am back here with another doubt. This period between 2nd AOR and meds is for documents checking and calling the employers, background checking or just file is been put in the queue? What exactly happens during this period if you can help with the information...

Address is still not back, and no change in ECAS Status. Buffalo come on, wakeup. It's so frustrating to check ECAS couple of times a day hoping there may be some change now. But, no, nothing at all.

My Wife is PA..when i check E-cas with application No and her UCI I get following msg:


"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:"


But When i check it with My UCI it shows "DM"......what does this imply

seniors/wayne/indira...pls help on this..as people wrote to query of CB that his uci is different from is spouse's uci..does two different uci are issued? in our case, there is only one..i mean on my name only..we have uci and also immi file no starting with E00....but for my husband..he didnt get any uci...does he suppose to get any?

and also..highly frustrated time going on..medicals sent on 1st june..rprf encashed..pccs sent..passports submitted..n waiting n waiting n waiting..ecas is still in process....dont know wts going on with ndvo...seniors..provide some feedback ...............

Hi DoctorAhmed,
It's permitted that after 6 weeks to contact sydney office to inquire about your application through this address
FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca
as you don't have a file no yet, start your inquiry with your full name as per application, age, date of birth, date of your application submitted
refer that till date you didn't receive any contact or request for more documents .
For sure your email will be shown to them but maybe you miss-spell your email in the original application - confirm that from your application copy that you should be keeping before sending the application.
There is one possibility that an Email came to your Junk and deleted automatically after 10 days , and if not you should keep the Email address that sends the PER and hope not NER , add it to your contacts to avoid that in future
