Hi guys,

Typing this on my tiny netbook from a pub in London (you know you're in London when 2 drinks = £10!!!) about 5 mins tube ride away from CHC London

We have our CIIP tomorrow, then off to see a London show (The Woman In Black) so will try to find time later on tomorrow night to report here how the CIIP went! Might try to take a look outside CHC London before we go back to see where we'll be (hopefully) handing in our passports and collecting them again in a few weeks!

Has anyone else done CIIP? First day is a group session, and then the second day we have a 1 hour one on one session to go through our resumes etc.

Is there any other FSW 2 London visa office on the forum. :

We are Cat 2 at London.
Application received CIO 7th September 2010, PER January 24th 2011, RBVO early March. Nothing since then, despite case-specific e-mail.
We have applied for our CAIPS notes to see what the hell is going on. After 9 months, I think they ow us an explanation of why the processing is taking so long.

Great news that Buffalo is finally hitting the post June applicants.
Congratulations to entemaria and best hopes to everyone else.

Thank you very, very much to all those who wished me well now we have the new TWP. I have some things to sort out here in the UK before I can go to my husband, not least selling the house, so I cannot go for a couple of months maybe, but at least we are not waiting on London for relief any more.
Of course the London situation is rubbish at the moment. I will post anything interesting in the CAIPS notes as soon as we receive them. Maybe they will reveal something about what is going on there, especially with Cat 2.

as i already sent my wife s brother copy of citizenshipand my F B I certificate with the document on feb 27
i can t understand what they mean by ( evidence of employment, Notice of Assessment (NOA) etc..)
another thing should i apply for a new F B I as it takes betwen 4 -6 month to get and i sent them the one that i get 2 years ago since my last trip to USA WAS 10 YEARS AGO OR SEND THEM ANOTHER COPY THANKS

The officer want you to provide document showing that your wife's brother is currently residing in canada. you might have submitted copy of his citizenship doc., but that doesn't states that he is currently living in canada. seniors can advice you better on which documants to send in.

dose it mean a contract or bank statment or apartment contract

Hai, Notice of assessment is the assessment sheet they get from canada revenue agency regarding tax returns and amount of tax paid after filing the tax............hope this would help.

Congratulations entermaria. Finally its time for medical now. Somebody suggested me to apply for FBI as soon as my status changed from RBVO to In process. I took some time off and didn't think about it. And now I am waiting for FBI, dont know for how long. You can save a lot of time, if you go and complete your FBI fingerprinting right away. Just a thought.
