Hi Indira
Well both of them carry canadian passport.
I don't see why it should delay the case????
Any particulars thought's going through your mind? Please share

Unsure ::) but that's something that sets your application apart may be?

There is a chance that they did print your MR and did not send it out like my AOR too..

I wish you receive it soon..

Hi Pavan

Yes it has boiled up to a stage where we want some status Negative or Positive. Something in Hand to set course for the Future....

Frankly, I don't see that as a problem, if it is I will be very surprised :o

Hi Rohan

I will be more surprised if the outcome of my application is negative.

Both my children are already enrolled for the Sep2011 intake in Canadian school.

Wonder what canadian consulate will say if I ever go on the road of RIGHT TO EDUCATION, because under the canadian law every citizen is entitled for the same.

Any thoughts on How they will say (if so) NO to me.

Yep, our address has reappeared as well, nothing else changed though. Our medical results reached CHC London today but I imagine it will take a week or two for that to reflect on ECAS.
Just waiting for these damn PCCs to come back which seem to be taking ages this time (although have a double weekend of bank holidays hasn't helped!).
Wayne.

Well Wayne, maybe nectar has some contacts in the Scotland yard too and has put a hold on your pcc as you have messed up with him on the forum here, you need to be worried man very worried :D ,

kidding of course, hope you are binging on pop corn like the rest of the Brits today
Cheers

to all my dear forum mates i have a question regarding proof of funds as in my application we are 3 members so the funds had to 17011 cad dollar now i hv shown all these funds in my bank account as of now the funds are about 15000 dollar so what is ur opinion will it affect my application or should i stack the same amount again in the bank please revert yours PHARMACY1
I see no one has answered your question yet. Proof of funds seems to be a hot topic lately. Keep the minimum required amount in your account as it seems some people are being requested to provide up to 12 months of banks statements at the end of the process. It would be good to show you were able to replace the funds you have used since you applied.

Cairo, my friend:

I'm sorry. Unintentionally i missed your name when i thanked every one for their replies. ???
I should admit that i like your comments :). They are really meaningful. ;)I remember your first reply to me when i was so depressed when the embassy called my wife asking for some documents. You said:"the officer wants to help you". You'll never imagine the effect of this simple but meaningful sentence on my motivation. ;)
Thank you so much for your support and for every single person who is supporting me in this. You can't imagine guys how your support has to do with my motivation and patience. ;)

Canady:

Even though I consider texting, with all its means, is not the most expressible way to relay information, it did work with you. I am happy. I am and have always been a strong believer in voice communication. Similarly with face-to-face conversation. You get to transfer and receive real-time emotions with no second guesses. I always believed in eye contact. I have seen situations where friends misunderstood each others' on text. No emotions in it. Imagine similar situation with people who hardly know each others. People who descend from different great cultures from all around the world, each with his/her own perspective and way of thinking. It would take great effort not to misunderstand. All is right. It is just the way people relay information based on how they were cultured. Remember that people from the same culture and/or country may think and react differently.

From here, I would like to say that you need not apologise for a simple drop-off. I can really (well, I try to) understand emotional phases of people and find excuses for them. I "see" the happiness in you, and others, and I am happy. In other words: I become happier if I succeed to make others happy!

On the other hand, this thread, like no other, is a great teaser to what it is to be for most. The variety of communities and cultures is a sample of what Canada will be like. Sharing opinions, agreeing and disagreeing are all signs for a healthy life. I have come across various forms of support from users to others who come from different cultures. No boundaries. We are all human beings. Same. I really love this thread.

Ever since I joined this thread on the forum, I logon daily to browse through the various posts. Partly to know what's happening and partly to add to my experience and love of knowing my fellow brothers and sisters. People. I am enjoying it.

I guess the morning Espresso had its toll on me. Too much said. A great morning, it is, on a lovely weekend. Good day to you and ALL :)

Dear fellow applicants, great news, my address has once again APPEARED! :o Oh what joy!

I can only imagine that someone at CIC spends their entire career adding and removing addresses for a living...

CIC manager: "Hey Ralf, whatchu doing today?"
Ralf: "Putting their addresses back on, to mix it up, you know what I mean?"
CIC manager: "Didn't you do that just last week?"
Ralf: "Burp, hell yeah!"

And the saga continues...
Cam

ROFL :D :D :D :D - you're a riot!!!

FYI address back for moi too!

Hi Cairo and all: I agree with your sentiments about this Forum Family. I find it hard to start a day without catching up on all the posts. Right now I am sitting with the computer on my lap in front of the TV watching the preliminary coverage of the Royal Wedding. Silly me, turning it on at 11 pm and not being able to turn it off as it is only 2 hours and 5 minutes to the actual time of the service (that will be 3AM my time!) I will regret it later in the day as I am serving lunch for 12 and we will watch the ceremony that I am recording now. Fancy sandwiches, scones with cream and jam, chocolate eclairs and Kir Royal. I hope this is a very happy day for everyone, around the world.
