They have written that my application is on the super duper fast track... The maple leaf has a self adhesive back, so just apply to passport...

Permanent Residence Application Status
Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete
We received your application for permanent residence on November 5, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 21, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Immigration number B05

I send mail to CIO on 8 March and inform CIO that I haven't received response. CIO send me mail on 9 March that my file is pending further
review by an officer and I will be contacted shortly. Passed nearly one month after that but my application status said the same (sent you a letter on February 21, 2011)

They don't resent me mail.

hi,
I was wondering how long does VO holds on to passports. In case of ND VO, there are cases being reported that passports are being held for more than 4 months without any response. What do we do in such cases?

Hi Aaycee,

Could u just tell us what are the content of the letter that u recd with ur rprf receipt?

Regards

pfft!!! Well Wayne; You got me!!! I was sitting at the edge of my seat reading the whole thing and thinking to myself "wow! This looks awesome, I don't mind waiting a little longer for London VO to contact me if a system like this is going to be installed soon". Oh well, joke's on me this time, happy April Fool's everybody!!! I have to admit, I was a little surprised by the ' automated profanity' bit though.

P.s: And seriously.... I'm still RBVO and haven't heard a peep out of London so far, I really hope it changes this month!!!

Dear Cheersman ,

First of all, you are most welcomed to one of the most successful threads ever with such a long list of wonderful people :)
We have a spreadsheet where we fill in all the details about each applicant to track how fast and the details of each process to keep us all uptodate :) You will need to provide your date of sending documents or the date it has been recieved by CIO, Noc number, Date of recieving a letter from CIO if they have already sent you one informing positive final eligibility, status of e-cas and if you recieved any letters from your visa office and ofcourse your visa office name

Best of luck :)

Hi Guys

I have sent my application under noc 0631 and it has been received at CIO NS Sydney on the 31st march 11.
I have qualified under the 29 categories with 67 points and have sent all documents with Org Ielts And PCC.
I wanted to know that whether my application will be accepted now only or i will have to wait as the total applications received on that date was 860 (a max of 1000 is allowed) as per cic website.
And within what time can i expect my application number or AOR.
