But still I am using the old file number and UCI number with same status.
earlier I tried with new file number, but failed.

Application Received by Visa Office - October 18th 2010 (This is the date mentioned according to my PER that was received via e-mail)
Payment Method - Demand Draft (Demand Draft was encashed on October 22nd 2010)
PER Received on - February 11th 2011
Police Clearance - I have sent the original police clearance for Dubai, U.A.E but not the one from FBI as it takes a long time

Admins, please update my information in both the International as well as New Delhi trackers.

This is great news! Looks like Damascus have finally woken up. Hopefully you will received 2nd AOR or med requests (depending on Damascus system) very soon!

Days elapsed since application received (Till today 22nd March): 180
Days between app received and PER: 126
Days elapsed since PER Received: 55 (Till today 22nd March)
