Sorry to hear about Jincymaramon's refusal.
Please consider my next request as simply statistical. There is no wrong or right in this but just another piece of information. I am not trying to open up a discussion/ debate about lawyers and consultants so take this as just an open inquiry. So if you hate representatives you don't have to respond to this.
I'll like to know what percentage of the people whose applications were refused employed lawyers or consultants.
If more have employed help, then people like me who have used lawyers/ consultants have wasted our money and I can confidently advise others not to follow our example.

Good idea, but let us also have a statistical percentage of how many have successfully got in with and without a consutant too. I am half glass full type.

Sure that too, but I believe no post June 26 applicant has "got in" yet so I believe we keep it at the CIO review stage for now. My enquiry may be of help to some of these people whose applications have been returned as I suspect that over 90% of them, if not 100%, applied by themselves. A good representative might have helped them to get through. I said good because a good representative won't take up your case if they know that you won't score 67 points from CIO review.

Statistics don't lie and if that is the case should people whose applications are not as clear cut as your excellency's not seek help from somewhere? What has pettiness got to do with it? Are you devoid of reason? If more applications not using representatives are being returned shouldn't we be helping them in some other way rather than just saying "sorry" after refusal especially when the refusal is on some silly technicalities. Or are you just happy to see peoples's dreams crushed while you ride on successfully to Canada?

stop taking everyting personally. None of my posts above have attacked the consultants. In fact i said it was a good idea and suggested it doing both ways. You have attacked me personally saying i am devoid of reason. We it seems now, you are.

You did not have to suggest that people are petty. That is why I added the issue of reason. Yes its a public forum but let the discussion be constructive. I'm not willing to direct anybody to any lawyers. It is left for people to do their own investigations as I did. I'm just suggesting an alternative to total refusal. No one is petty whether they employ help or not. It is about people's futures and that is what drives my passion. I don't believe in giving up at any point but I will explore every avenue available until there is no way to go before accepting defeat. i've said I don't need a debate about representatives just statistics. That's all I asked for not who is petty and who is not.
