Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

I didn't send PCC, but IELTS general was sent together with the application.

I have a question. I have stayed one year in the UK and I got the PCC last year, since I never returned back to the UK in the past few years, do I still need a new PCC? I unerstand that there is a validity period for each PCC, but for this situation, I really do not see why I need a new one if I never re-visit the country.

Anyway, I need to prepare for the worst.

I just want to update my status, I have not received or heard at all from CIC....still waiting to know whats going on, if my application was refused I think that at least they should send an email advising that I did not meet the criteria or anything that help me out to clarify this situation, I have no file number or anything at all, they are funny ah?? like to play with our hopes haha!

Congrats Hope2011 on your PER . You are added to the tracker, Welcome

So, my guess is yes, you will have to get a fresh PCC issued from UK, as they insist the PCCs to be issued not more than 3 months(or may be 6 months as Manila VO indicated) earlier while submitting to the VO.

FYI, we got our PCCs from UK issued 4 months back, but still we are going to get fresh ones, and we returned from UK in 2005, and haven't been there ever since.

Now that the CIO is doing the eligibility review, there is a chance that they accept it(some members out here haven't sent them university sealed transcripts and still got a PER). Also, there is a chance that ND VO will ask for the sealed transcripts, once the file reaches the VO.
