Does a previous refused FSW application have any negative impact on future FSW applications ?

I don't think it has any impact. My initial FSW application was refused early last year because of an error in filling out the forms. I corrected this, reapplied and got my PER. Still on the process though but I'am pretty certain that once you correct the initial error, you should be just fine.

If you wontact FSW using the email they won't reply.
You have to contact them using the form in www.cic.gc.ca

My application status has changed to again 'in Process' after 'PER by CIC'..but the same bug received by all with it...

when I click on the status, I get

'medical results have been received and received application on 14th oct,2010'

i had applied in september the file came back bcoz left one information blank now reapplied in jani hv nt sent transcript in sealed envelop but notarised of original wt is the fate this time

My postgrad transcript never came in any university sealed envelop. It was just one sheet of paper with a hologram on it as the security measure. Sent it to CIC and got my PER. I should think they insist on having it in university sealed envelopes only as a security measure. Notorised copies of documents would appear to be a form of security measure too so hopefully, they should be okay with your notorised transcript.

Well, that's actually not true. I sent them an email a couple of weeks ago on the email address & got a reply.
Still, I believe that the link in the site would be better because it's their latest directions..

There could not be much difference in the file #s starting from either B or E...applicants in the latter part of september started to get file #s from E.

In other news, it is quite heart breaking to watch Canada being beaten so brutally in the Cricket world cup, I can't even cheer for them. Sigh! Maybe they should stick to ice hockey??? ;D ;D

Hi, though Canada bowled quite well in the initial stages I think ... there top order needs to fire, I think they have some good players in there ranks who have handy county experience.

my status from "Received by Visa Office" has changed to "In Process" today !!
I hope London Visa Office has finally woken up, and starts sending some AORs soon ..
BTW my ideal destination would be Vancouver, then Toronto, or otherwise wherever i can find a job
