I don't live in London, I live in Loughborough which is in the middle of England (quite near Nottingham). We've visited Canada several times now, and we both love it. Been getting itchy feet to move away from the UK for a while now (just getting bored of the place after 37 years!) so wanted to give Canada a go.

The thing I understand is that you are eligible after you received the AOR and after that the process begins and you will not refund so when CIO charges to you CC it means nothing (Eligible or Ineligible).

It only means you have passed the completeness check, but that in itself means something since you know you didn't do anything stupid like forget to sign something or miss a field out
