I want to ask how long will it take to withdraw the applicant file from IRCC pool, if you are using representative.

In my case, i have requested my representative to withdraw my profile on Oct 4, 2017 and since then it's not withdrawn by them and the last update which they send me is below:

" Representative are unable to withdraw International Experience Canada and/or Express Entry profiles using the Withdraw Profile button. We are working to resolve the issue."

Can anyone tell me what action do i need to do to withdraw the file as soon as possible?
