application with aeo transfer

HELLO TO EVERYODY.
I AM CONFUSED ABOUT Y APPLICATION FOR PR.

I HAVE APPLIED PR FOR CANADA WITH AEO IN AUG. 2008.

THE AEO IS IN NOC OCCUPATON.

I RECIEVED MY FILE NO AND WHEN I CHECK ONLINE MY APPLCATION STATUS IT SAYS THAT WE ARE PROCESSING UR APPLICATION FROM AUG. 29.

BUT NOW YESTERDAY I HAVE CHECK MY STATUS THAT YOUR APPLICATION IS TRANSFERED TO SYDNEY NOVA SCOTIA OFFICE AND THEY WLL MAY CONTACT YOU.

I AM VERY MUCH CONFUSED ABOUT THIS THAT WHY THY HAVE SENT APPLICATION THERE.

PLEASE HELP ME.

I did not think they would send an AEO application to NS. Maybe it was a mistake. Was your AEO in a skilled job? Just because a job has a NOC doesn't mean it's a skilled job. It has to be skilled to work for FSW.

I really don't know. Is your occupation on the list of 38? If yes, they may have decided to process you as category 1. If not, I have no idea why they would send you to Sydney. With an AEO, you should be a category 2.

Yes, under the new rules all the applications go to Sydney but as for old applications being transferred there, I've only heard of that with Category 1. This is the first one I've heard of being transferred that was not a Category 1 but surely it will be ok. They will just process it like the new ones.

What they seem to be doing for the new files is sending everything to Sydney and they will later send it to where it's supposed to go.

WILL PROCESS IN COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE
