application with AEO submitted to local CHC in 2009

I applied on 2nd Feb 2009 submitted all the documents and AEO to CHC and receive file no in march 2009 but the letter which i received with file no says that they receive my simplified application and when they are ready to process my application they will contact me to submit all the documents.My question is i already submitted all the documents with my application and i didnot applied on simplified application.
is this a common letter they sent to everybody or i have to contact them.Ecas status shows they start processing my application on 16th feb 2009.

The application is probably being forward to CIO Sydney for review.
