Is this at the visa office. If yes, this means that your application has passed for points provided that your documentation is found accurate. Now they are doing search on whether you are a security threat, whether your documents are valid, etc.

My application was transffered to London office.

They they have checked that your points is okay and your job duties fit the ministerial instructions. Now they are checking to see if your letters and documents are real or fraud (at least that is what I think they are doing).

usually it wll take 3 weeks - 4 weeks to get an answer . either u will receive a medi forms or u will receive letter requesting addl documents and landing fee CAD 490

VO, ND is very fast. They issued me medicals within 2 days of inprocess and I received same week. At the most you may have to wait upto 1 month.
