application update (visitor visa)

hi, so i submitted a TRV from belgium on the 19th april. biometrics got updated on May 3 and from then, background checks and eligibility have been in progress till now. i just realised that on the application tracker website, my application got updated on August 18. but i do not see any new changes on my application. what could that mean?

Can be an approval or refusal, don’t know.
