Application type on IRCC Webform

Dears,

Regards of resubmit the incomplete form IMM5406/5669, CIC was asking to send the requested information/document(s) via the Case Specific Enquiry form at the IRCC website.

Does anybody know which type of application I should choose for family sponsorship?
Is it "Sponsorship"? Or "Replacement Documents, Amendments to documents and Verification of Status documents"?

The type of application is Sponsorship, then Inland. I also resubmitted a form yesterday. Did you hear from them confirming that they are forwarding the forms? Can you please post hear when you have any news?
