hi there, I just need help.. I just started to fill up my spouse / common-law partner application. my sponsor is Canadian Citizen by birth and I'm kinda confused on application to sponsor, sponsorship agreement and undertaking IMM1344. my question is the sponsor can be the same as a co-signer? thank you so much. :)
 
If your partner is canadian and is sponsoring you as their commonlaw partner then there is no cosigner. Th cosigner is if your partner already has a commonlaw partner and is sponsoring you some other way. The forms are generic so they apply to a whole lot of different situations.

If you are applying for sponsorship through your partner then there is no cosigner.
