Hello,

Well here is my question, on the form IMM 1344EA (about the sponsor) they ask
" If you are found ineligible to sponsor, indicate whether you want"
"to withdraw your sponsorship or to proceed with the application"

So my question is, If I would be found ineligible and I tick to "withdraw my sponsorship" then can I reapply again later when my situation would have changed? or would I be unable to? also would they refund ALL the fees I would have paid? (less the 75$)

Im guessing this is one of the first form to be checked by the CIC correct?

Thanks for your time

You can reapply later, basically whenever you have fixed the problem that caused you to be rejected as a sponsor.
You get all your fees back, except $75.

This is definitely the one to check. If you check "continue with the application", then the application will go to the visa office, sit in processing however long it takes, and then get rejected; and only the RPRF will be paid back.

Thanks for the quick answer :)
