Application to FSW refused due to one photocopy Document? Any advice

Hi,

I know its my mistake, only i never put my Degree/Transcript copy in the application and I got refusal.

Even though i submitted ECA report, but still refused.

Just wondering if there is a chance if I can appeal etc. will this be a waste of time? Any other idea / advice will be welcomed.

Sorry to hear that, I almost messed up mine and had to resend it before the end of 2014. If you did not follow the instructions then there is no ground for appeal as CIC make it very clear the package needs to be complete, and as per instructions.

Maybe you can try EE?

Agreed with the above. You missed a mandatory document and so your application was correctly refused.

Unfortunately there's no grounds for appeal (because your application was incomplete) and you can't resubmit your application under FSW 2014 either.

Agreed that you will need to apply under EE.
