I am filling out my applications to be sent to buffalo , hoping to get some help from someone, the generic application ( IMM0008 generic) asks for my country of nationality- Country X, then it asks for my country of residence- ? What is my country of residence? Canada or Country X?

Also do i have to include the checklist with my application?

Thanks, would appreciate any responses.

It is the country where you are living currently.. If you are in Canada right now, then ur country of residence will be Canada

this is my understanding;
if you are in a non-immigrant visa in a country, that is NOT your country of residence; so if you are in Canada on a work visa, it should not be your country of residence

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Canada uses the criteria if you have been legally admitted to a country for a year or more, it is your country of residence so if you are on at least a one year work or study visa, you can list Canada as your country of residence.
