Application through New IRCC Portal - Photo Upload ?

Hi Everyone,

I reapplied through the IRCC portal today and I realized that it did not ask for uploading passport photograph.When I applied earlier in the year through GC key this option was available.
Any thoughts on this ? Or did anyone experience this ?
Did I miss anything ?

Just wondering so did you uploaded the photo when you applied for TRC from new ICC portal?

so how do you upload photo through portal making sure it is the right size to print PR card?
