Application submitted without FBI PCC

Ladies and gentlemen, I submitted my application without FBI PCC and attached an explanation letter. How can I submit the PCC when I receive it?

You should see a letter in your EE profile with instructions on Case-Specific Enquiry. You can send it that way.

when did your application reach FBI? any charge on credit card? did you mentioned the receipt no and everything in explanation letter?

My CC is charged but back then when ı submitted forms it was not. So I explained in the letter as it was.
