How many day after respect counsellor start the review I applied 4 June New Delhi 2 time I received email from immigration department New Delhi your application received

I’m traveled United Kingdom 4 times and I traveled France one time how many chance I get the Canada visa and also I have valid United Kingdom 5 years valid visa

why you never apply or travel to USA before apply for CA visa? and you refused 4 times? what were the reasons of refusals? it can't be only travel history

Because my sister already apply for us usa permanently visa in f4 category,2015 I applied the us visa that time unfortunately refused after that I never apply us visa
