Application Status

I have submitted an outland application to sponsor my wife on July 26, 2018, and received the file number on October 2nd, 2018. There is no progress in application after that and when i check the application status today it says that:-

Sponsorship application status-decision made
Permanent resident application status- In process

They didn't ask me the medical examination request or anything. what that decision made means? Please help me. I am confused now.

Sponsorship dm means that your sponsor has been approved as a sponsor. In sure more news is to come shortly
