Application status "In Process" for long time

Hi,

I have applied for PR under FSW category to Buffalo VO and the file was transferred to Ottawa sometime last year, due to closure of Buffalo VO. Below are the details of application

AOR date: 2012-05-09
Category: FED-SKW
Embassy: CPP-Ottawa

I had wriiten to Ottawa VO twice in Dec'12 and Feb'13. Below is the recent response from Ottawa VO

Would like to know, whether its normal processing times and can I hope for medicals sometime sooner.

Perhaps they are testing your patience!!! :[???
