Application Status completed but no messages

We submitted our paperbased application last week and I linked my paper application online and this is what I saw. Does this mean we are approved? Or this shows whenever you link your application online.

It was a paper based application so OP must have submitted the passport with the application so they will be no PPR... they will get their passport after counterfoil has been stamped.....

Does this mean our application got approved? They didn’t email anything yet that’s why I don’t want to assume that we’re approve already if there’s no confirmation email yet

Yes I did. We submitted our application thru VFS on May 22nd, linked our application on the 25th.

Philippines. Passport was sent with application.

Yes your application is approved
And you will not getting any email regarding this because when you link your paper application with the online account then you will not get any message by emial.
Now you will get your passport with the counterfoil of visa

Log into your online account and look at the document status drop down menu... it will have details of the counterfoil....
