this statement has very deep meanings. and if CIC is really looking forward to this then I am afraid in coming years, getting visa will be even more tough even for genuine students of Pakistan.

I want to apply now for memorial univ fall 2013. Its a one year masters program. Fees is really low 6000 for the whole program. Visa wud be any prblm?

They are tightening some loose screws. And in near future only recognized college / universities will be able to give admission to international students.
