Can't say for sure but I haven't seen it on this forum.

Since medical reports are sent to New Dehli and then to CHC ISB and then the VO once decides to issue visa i am sure that he has to go thru piles of paper work to issue the visa. In short! The process takes time!

well why they dont go through piles of paper work before issuing medical letter??

This forum tells the sob story of only 100/150 students but their are many out there who have applied . Forcasting the result by looking at only 100 people profile doesnt confirm anything.....medical or no medical things remain the same unless we have visa in our hand.... chances are same as they weere before issuing the medical letter

guys I have got an email form CHc today. they are asking for an updated LOA whereas my LOA is valid till jan 2013. they also want the start date for fall semester should be mentioned on it.
lets see what happens but one thing for sure my visa wont come in at least next 2 weeks wait is over now :P

1. That's why I added "Can't say for sure"
2. If you have a sample size of more than 100 assuming normally distributed, then statistics shows that your guess might be near to reality.
