Application Status - CHC Islamabad "Summer"

I don't have the receipt on my now for the exact date but I did both the activities of medical and passport return in the last week of May. I have resided in another country for 3 years and have a lot of travel on my PPs so I am afraid BG checks will take longer for me. I hope to get it soon iA. Will update you guys.

Thanks for the well wishes. Do they check for shorter trips also? I mean I have been to Afirca too! Imagine the efficiency of the concerned offices there for verifications etc. Even the customs won't let you pass without gift (read dollars). I assume they only do it for the places where you have lived longer periods. I mean the places for which you have attached PCs.

No idea man. Thank god I never flew to Africa. CHC takes maximum time to offer study permit to African students, probably they know the reason and might skip this travel check for you.

Ottawa is Federal ................. less jobs ....... but its a beautiful place to visit .................
one good thing there that i find ........... All embassies are in Ottawa ........... so if u wanna travel u dont have to go anywhere for visa ....... jus walk into embassies. ...........................
easy to get US visa from US embassy in Ottawa ............
Its all Federal Government so if u get a job that would be permanent like sarkari nokri .....usually the concept was in Pakistan we i was there that ........ if u have sarkari nokri .......... u would get good rishta
