Dear Momi, Ramzero, Akif Moin and sernior members,

I have some queries that needs to be answered.

1) When translating your property documents from Urdu to English, Is it word to word translation on the same format as that of the urdu written document (intiqal or fard)

2) My orignal property documents are not very clear, you all may know how dirty the hand writing on stamp paper and fards are, It it Okay???

3) Experience Certificate: Will I have to provide orignal documents? As the companies will not issue more copies so I can not send orignal documents. WIll photo copies be okay? or should I must send my orignal documents. If I send photocopy should they be notarized or attested?

Hi,

1) I have also translated my Fard, i think it is word to word........Fard has less word and more calculations so it is word to word. I am sure that the translator will help you in this..........
2) I think it it will not create any Problem...........
3) Send originals , they will be back............ You can send notarized or attested also but try to send originals...........

@ ramzero whats the reason behind it.

Dear Inam
Here are no required words to words translation. English and urdu are separate language. Writing style is totally different. U can translate it by urself in a simple legal paper but it must be attested and notarized. U can also use services of translator whom has format and can easily convert it. It cost is Rs. 150 in Karachi. I suggest u to go for translator.

It is ok. But highlight square yard and feet on photocopy also attest and notarized it. U should also arrange property evaluation doc that mention current market value.

Experience certificate should not require to attested and notarized. U can send photocopy. U has to send original educational documents only.

Best of luck for Tuesday, if u find any difficulties, u can contact me.
