Application Status - CHC Islamabad "Summer"

one of mine friend applied for student visa more than a month ago

but so far he haven't received any acknowledgement or file number so he can check his status online on CIC website

please advise do we receive any acknowledgement letter or file number for student case..?

i appreciate replies in this regard

They don't send you acknowledgement or file number , you have to email them to ask the status of your application or file number..............

Can an individual from Pakistan show a Bank loan for education in Canada???

Education loans are rare in Pakistan but if u can show a genuine loan against some collateral then why not...........

i got refused... insufficient finances...
There was a checkpoint "Not enough finances for your studies without job in canada" they did not ticked this one rather they ticked another checkpoint that states "Not enough finances to manage your living without job in Canada".....

I am thinking of reapplying.... Guys, seniors suggestions???

How much funds u have shown and did you also showed the source of funds................

I had shown 25 lac in my mothers account, as she was sponsoring me and yes the source was clearly mentioned and evidence attached.....

sohail nedian was refused first time then he showed more money in account after that he was approved so my advise is show more money in account and this time u will definitely get it.

You can email CHC to ask them about your status, but remember CHC is not bound to tell Status/file number and normally they dont reply to your emails at least a month.

it means there is some problem with your finances. as you applied in UoR where tuition is already very low but living cost is on higher side. show more money and more documented proofs of your property (if any)

Another point marked was not enough job opportunities in home country....
But another friend of mine who applied with me in the same course got his visa within one month including medical!!!
How is it that they accepted his case and refused mine???

this point shows that you didnt show your worth in Pakistan to CHC-I
showing your worth is very important, your experience certificate is the best way to show your worth in Pakistan along with strong financial background having property or Land assets improve your home ties as well as your worth in Pakistani community.

every case is different by applying in same program doesn't guarantee visa. he must have be different financial status different worth in Pakistan. different academic background. so you cant rely only on program accepted.
