I think that sms/emails are sent from fedex office in Islamabad. As CHC-I send all the cases to Fedex Islamabad from where they are sent to the respective offices. That is why the email etc are done a day before you receive your documents.

momi bhai,apki tu himat hay,u have waited for so long,and specialy after medical it is really difficult to wait.May Allah give u visa soon.

My consultant told me that the embassy asked him to send the updated LOA ...... He will send it along with medical receipt and my passport after medical is done ......
