Yes this is the most visited and commented topics of all

momi, when u got ur second medical done, did they call u by phone to tell u about the results? or in any other way did they inform you whether ur results were successful or not?

In second and third medical a letter from medical officer from CHC Delhi asking me to go to the DMP again for further medical tests.
Each time DMP forwarded my case to a chest specialist. Chest specialist ask me to go through different test after showing him the tests he wrote a report each time for me.
I submitted the report and tests to the DMP......who sent them back to CHC Dehli.......
Actually i personally gone through all tests on specified labs and collected reports myself..........

1 original passport.
2 Two photocopies of passport
3 5 photograph (with white background in light color dress)
4 Medical instruction letter (which I received from CHC)
5 Eyes glasses (if eye side is weak)
6 Med exam fee ( I don't exactly remember but was it around 5 thousand)
7 Prescription of recent medicine (if applicable)
As you already done your medical exam , can you please explain me their procedure , and let me know if i am missing anything which I need to present at my medical time .

I was also asked to bring two ID card Copies each time i submitted medical to DMP........

Actually i want to say k my case is strong but dun knw why chc do not respond to college applicants .. n agr case withdraw krwata hun tu bad impact para ga .. guide me plz .. i cannot wait 6 months nd wo b sure ni visa mila ya ni ..

Well it's your call whether you want to withdraw or not. I advised you to wait until mid/end of August if you don't get visa till then you won't be getting it in September as mostly CHC issues visas near the start of Semester. The next semester after Fall 2012 is Winter 2013. This means you will have to wait untill November in order to get any response on your case which is quite a lot of time.

So start preparing for university admission right from now and withdraw the case in the end of August if you don't want to wait.

The above things that you mentioned are all you need, the medical exam is a fairly simple process no rocket science

Although there were small issues that i faced relating to supporting documents, ill share them with you if they help you in anyway;

1- They didnt accept my pictures as i was smiling in the picture (although i sent the same set of pictures to the chc). I had to retake the pictures without a smile
2- They didnt have the facility to return change (money). Exact sum of money needed to be payed. I am discussing this issue as i had to run around shops for change!

The med exam fee was PKR 3,550

Procedure; just go to the reception there they will ask for the above mentioned docs and fill some forms, after that they will ask you to wait and take some very basics medical exams. Its hardly a 1-1.5 hr process.

Just in case ur double minded whether ur fast will break or not because of the blood test, i confirmed it from a credible mufti that the fast DOES NOT break if blood samples are taken. If blood flows out of the body then only in one condition the fast breaks; if the blood loss is to an extent that it becomes fatal......

One thing ISO @concordia is super helpful if CHC is not responding you, CALL ISO!!! Tell them that you are waiting for so long, dont go into the details of your medical history! Give them your CHC file number and tell them to send a FAX to CHC ISB. They would do something for sure.
I am saying this as before applying for VISA, i submitted my first semester fee at Concordia. Then i asked ISO to give me a certificate that i have
submitted the dues. ISO mailed me the letter and also faxed it to CHC ISB

Congratz to him and do update us about his visa as his detail has been added to our sheet.

How has he justified his uncle as his sponsor as CHC Islamabad mostly deny visa on such sponsorship, could you share?

As far as i know he was visiting Sun Consultant and they assured him that there was no issue in making his Maternal Uncle as Sponsor. And his uncle statement was good enough to support him and also his own family. Yar what i have understood is sub luck ka kamaal hai !!! I tell u !!

I showed mutual sponsorship of my father and uncle of around 216k CAD and still waiting for medical :S
