Application status change from IN PROCESS to APPLICATION RECEIVED??????

Hi all, i applied my CEC application in March 2013 and they started process the case in April 2013 and the status changed to In Process since then. I just checked my application status today, and it changed from In Process to Application Received? I have passed my medical exam and CIC has asked me to pay the RPRF fee already, and I have waited for 7 months after paying the RPRF fee. I was worried about the change in the application status. Does it mean they will start process my application all over again??????

Your Ecas changed to In Process so fast. I filed my application in January 2013. Ecas changed to in process in July 2014.
I do not think Ecas status is quite reliable.
