Application start up

Hey there,

I am starting to prepare my PR file under CEC category.
I am also adding my spouse as my dependant.
I just want to have some verification. I've almost decided which forms should I and my spouse have to fill, But I just want to make sure that I am on the right path or not. So I am writing the list. Could please someone reply me, if I am with correct forms or not?

Forms for me, Principle applicant:
1) Generic app form for canada (IMM 0008)
2) Schedule A- Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
3) Schedule 8- Economic class CEC (IMM 0008- Schedule 8)
4) Additional Family Info (IMM 5406)
5) Supplementary Info : your travels (IMM 5562)

Forms for my spouse, My Dependant
1) Schedule A- Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
2) Additional Family Info (IMM 5406)

And also there is no specification in the instruction guide about the form, 'Separation Declaration For Minors Travelling To Canada' ..???? So who should fill out this form? me or spouse or both?

hey .. thanks for your reply. but I know this guide. And I read it too. it just that I want to confirm. Could you please verify if the forms I've picked are correct or not? please..!
