Hello,

My spousal sponsorship application is now sent to Mississauga.

Will I receive any email from them with a number so I can track the process online ?

No. If you mailed the application with delivery confirmation, you can see when it arrives. After that you need to wait about a month then you can try to log into ecas with your receipt number from paying the fees and the sponsor's information here: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en

Once that site lets you log in, you can track the progress. The sponsor will also receive a letter around the same time with a client ID that can be used instead of the receipt number.
