Application sent to county different than my residency country for processing

Hi all. My application was sent to bukharest for processing, although I live in Jordan.. Is that normal?

Yes they will send it to any visa office. If one is busier, they will send it to another one

Apps are generally processed based on country of nationality, not residency. Where are you from?
