Application sent in June and any Replies???

Hi,

Thought my timelines might help you people. I had ;-
Sent my application to CIO on 25th May
Reached CIO at 29th May.
CIO said we received your application on 1st June 09 (Maybe because there was Saturday and Sunday on 30th & 31st May09)
Bank said draft cashed on 23rd June 09
CIO said draft cashed on 16th June 09
AOR received on 15 July 09.

Now AOR are taking more time since volume of applications have increased.

I see the difference between the bank information and the CIO information about cashing the money order, actually i had the same situation, when i was trying to check with my bank at first to know whether the CIO has cashed my draft or not, they kept telling me "it is not done yet", and they told me last time it is still outstanding until july 3, one week later they told me that my money order has been cashed between july 3 and 10 and after i had asked them for a proof, they ordered a copy of the money order containing the front and the back sides of my money order and the back side was stamped with the following :

((The Reciever General for Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Department , the date of cashing the money and some small numbers around the stamp )) and the stamped date was july 2.


I noticed that banks information are not quite exact in that regard.
