Hello:
I have some few questions, my i submitted my application under CEC in July but i got it back in mail because I forgot to include my Birth Certificate;
*Do i need to refill the whole form again or just include the copy of the birth certificate and send it back
*I paid the fees online and initially included the receipt in the application but it was returned too, so do i have to pay again or the first fee still valid.

The seniors on this forum would be able to help in a better way!

But, I would call CEC and pose these questions to them, as I am of the opinion that you would have to re-submit and re-apply and this time pay again, I am not sure about the paying part.

But call CEC and they will be able to guide you!

- I'd suggest redoing any forms they have stamped / written on.

*I paid the fees online and initially included the receipt in the application but it was returned too, so do i have to pay again or the first fee still valid.
You don't have to pay again. Just include the payment receipt with the new app.

I saw checked some threads which are similar to my topic, its okay to resubmit the same receipt and forms. I just have to include the birth certificate and mail it back to them.

ur one lucky one...they return urs in 1 month. I did a mistake n its been 10 months i didnt heard any thing

I would say..you are the lucky one...even after 10 months CIC is not able to find that mistake.

lol thats the positive outlook ..but if it rejected because of it then its painful ...
they should not have accepted my application if they calculate work exp frm convocation date

I came to know about mistake 2 month back..After that, I already send the letter...that my application date was 31st october and convocation was on 11th November. send them school letter which says i finished my thesis in may but degree officially confer in november. Also another letter wich says completion of studies in may..now waiting for my gcms...which i am curious to see

you don't need pay it again. if after AOR someone get refused then we have to pay again.

When was your application recived? also how did you know what was missing? did they send you a letter? did they mark on any of your forms or checklist? any other information will be appreciated .

You do not have to refill the whole form or pay again. Just include a copy of your birth certificate and the form that stated what was missing and resend the whole package.

My application was received July 11,2013, they included a letter same as the refusal letter but highlighted that I should check the document checklist for the missing document. So on the document check list, Birth certificate was highlighted
