Application Returned - Sending Back

Hi All,

Just had my application returned as i foolishly forgot to put a copy of my degree certificate in.

Can i post the same application back with my degree cert (ie the one with check stamps on it), or do i need to fill in a new one?

Could you please let us know the date your application was received by CIC and the rejection date as well as application return date. As there are some updated forms in august, and updated document checklist it is recommended that you submit new forms and latest bank certificates and DD.

Many thanks for the reply. It was received in July, which form changed? also you mention DD - what is DD?

Please specify which date of July your application was received by CIC,, see the following forms which are dated august 2014, these are the forms that are updated. Which NOC you applied for..

•Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] (PDF, 471 KB) August 2014
•Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3] (PDF, 656 KB) August 2014
•Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence
[IMM 5620] (PDF, 581 KB) August 2014
