Hello everyone,

I recently applied for the greencard as a federal skilled worker. My application was returned with the following explanation: "proof of legal entrance into the US is needed". I live and work in the US and have an Advance Parole and Work Authorization. In my original application, I included a copy of the Advance Parole which has a stamp with the last admission date. Apparently, that was not enough. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? What other type of documentation can I provide? Any advice will be appreciated.

I am on a F1 and I sent in copies of the page withe the visa stamp on my passport and copies of the I20 and I94. Do you have something like I20 or I94 along with the stamp on your passport?

I have I94 and I also have Advance Parole and Employment Authorzation, which I sent copies of. They said they need more documents.
